It’s an exciting day when you take delivery of your new electric bike. We do things a little bit differently at Spoke and Motor by personally delivering the bike to you ourselves and not using couriers.
We deliver your bike fully assembled and ready to ride then give you a personal handover; We show you around your new electric bike, answer all your questions, and leave you feeling confident and raring to go.
Prior to delivery, we prepare your electric bike by carrying out a thorough PDI (Pre-delivery inspection). Our technicians inspect the bike to ensure that it is fully assembled, clean, charged and ready to ride. We also ensure that any accessories that you ordered are fitted and that everything is working perfectly.
For bikes that we have in stock, we arrange a mutually convenient delivery date when you place your order, the majority taking place within a week of purchase.
When bikes are pre-ordered, we give you regular build progress reports, let you know when we have received the bike from our suppliers, then arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.
You won’t need to unpack any boxes, assemble anything, or read any instructions – your electric bike will be in full working order and our Spoke and Motor representative will talk you through everything you need to know. They’ll adjust the seat height to suit, explain the service schedule and recommended pre-ride maintenance checks, then answer any questions you have.
It’s important to us that you find the whole purchase, delivery and handover experience as enjoyable as the bikes themselves.
